Beer Mustard Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of yellow mustard seed
- 1 1/2 cup of Rolling Stone Beer
- 1/2 cup of salt vinegar
- 1/2 cup of distilled vinegar
- 3 1/2 cup of water
- 1/8 cup of molasses
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 2 teaspoon of granulated onion
- 2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoon of celery salt
- 2 tablespoon of salt
Beer Mustard Instructions
- Whisk all together to blend
Rolling Stone BBQ Ingredients
- 2 cups of ketchup
- 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of Rolling Stone Lager
- 1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 cup of dark molasses
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of beer mustard
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Rolling Stone BBQ Instructions
- Mix all together to blend
Malted Beer Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 1/8 cup of molasses
- 1/4 cup of malt vinegar
- 1/4 cup of ESB
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of salt
