Delfino's Pizza

For nearly 30 years, Delfino’s Chicago Style Pizza has served as an ambassador to the Northwest, serving up authentic Chicago Style Pizza as only a true Chicago native can do. Our food truck serves a variety of authentic 6″ Chicago Style personal pizzas, a wonderful Caesar salad, and freshly baked cookies.

Dumpling Tzar

Seattle's original Russian dumplings! At Dumpling Tzar, we are all about simple, delicious food for the people. Dumplings are an unpretentious, delicious, and beautiful food that carries over through all continents and cultures.

Monster Dogs

It’s all about the cream cheese, baby! Known by many locals as home to the best “Seattle Dog," this food cart has everyone clamoring for a taste of one of their franks loaded with cream cheese and grilled onions.

Thai-U-Up, established in 2013, offers a range of Thai dishes and flavors! They offer a complete authentic Thai experience which ranges from appetizers to noodles, entrees, and curries. Each item on the menu is inspired by Thai flavors and dishes!

We’ve been inspired by our Father to start a business of our own and he gifted his 1979 Postal Jeep. Instead of buying and selling pre-packaged frozen novelties we decided to make our own. We are inspired by our Caribbean and Southern roots to make flavors that provoke a nostalgia and connection to the African diaspora. Our ice pops are handcrafted, vegan and thoughtfully sourced.
